We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Ground Operations Officer (Location: Abuja, Lagos, or Enugu)
Experience & Qualifications
HND / B.Sc in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in ground operations with reputable airlines
Training in ground operations, dangerous goods, aviation security
Training in flight dispatch will be an advantage
Previous airline experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to clear security checks
Driver’s license
Good understanding of the IOSA Process
Ready to travel at short notice.
Job Attribute Required Skills:

Comfortable working under extreme pressure
Able to make critical decisions within short notice
Good Presentation skills
Multidiscipline approach
Ready at any station.
Reporting to the Head of Ground Operations.
2. Manager, Commercial Services (MCS) / Head of Department and Member of Management
Experience & Qualifications
5 years of requisite experience in developing and managing the commercial business of major airlines
10 years of post-graduation work experience
Certification in the IATA ticket reservation system, Videcom, or Amadeus will be an advantage.
3. Supervisor for Customer Service (CSS)
Qualification and Experience
HND or B.Sc in any discipline
A higher degree will be an added advantage.
A minimum of four (4) years experience in a relevant field
Knowledge of Ground Operations Handling will be an advantage
Must be able to work late hours and multi-task.
4. Baggage Handler
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant educational qualifications are OND / GCE / NCE / WAEC etc.
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be smart and vigilant at duty post at all times
Knowledgeable on Dangerous Goods
Must be a team player
5. Security Operative
Responsibilities
Provides security protection for aircraft and passengers.
Implements crowd control techniques at the Check-in counters and Boarding gates.
Handles passenger body search at the boarding gate and treats passengers with courtesy and respect.
Secures the airline’s properties, staff, passengers, and passengers’ baggage from pilfering and malicious damage.
Assists in investigating security-related incidents and reports same to the Station Manager.
Manages and reports all petty complaints from staff/passengers concerning security, especially concerning operational issues and any other security-related matters.
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and passengers
Complies with Aviation Security operating procedures, working practices, and protocols.
Utilizes equipment only as trained.
To carry out such other duties as assigned
